Mark is an expert in the retail service station business. He had a 34-year career with BP which included overseas postings in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, South Africa, China and the Netherlands as well as a number of UK based international roles.
His early career was in lubricants and aviation fuels. His retail roles included being GM of BP’s largest retail JV in China and then running four countries in Europe. His last position in BP was Global Head of Retail Site Quality, responsible for retail visual standards and design at BP’s 18,000 service stations worldwide, retail property projects, maintenance programmes and a large disposal activity.
